Is-sinjal għal KURA TAS-SAĦĦA PRIMARJA għandha tlett partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal L-EWWEL. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 1 bil-pala tħares ’il barra. Imbagħad l-id iddur u l-pala tiġi tħares ’il ġewwa. (ii) Imbagħad, l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 ikkurvata taħt l-ispalel bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa, jingħalqu u joħorġu ftit ’il quddiem. (iii) Fl-aħħar isir is-sinjal għal ĦA ĦSIEB. Id waħda tieqaf bil-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il fuq waqt li l-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 ftit milwija. Din l-id tittella’ livell fuq ir-ras, bil-pala tħares ’l isfel u tinżel ’l isfel biex il-ġenb tas-saba’ ż-żgħir imiss mal-pala tal-id wieqfa.
The sign for PRIMARY HEALTH CARE has three parts. (i) First the sign for FIRST is made with one hand that takes the shape of 1 with palm facing outwards. Then the hand turns and the palm faces inwards. (ii) Then, the hands take the shape of curved 5 below the shoulders with palm facing inwards, close up and move outwards. (iii) Finally, the sign for CARE FOR is made. One hand lies stationary in the shape of 5 with the palm facing upwards whilst the other hand takes the shape of slightly bent 5. This hand is raised to above head level with palm facing downwards and moves down so that the side of the pinkie touches the palm of the stationary hand.
